This is a contract between Mark Horn Enterprise and you For good for sale,

Mark Horn Enterprises promises to list , promote , insure proper payment is made and answer any question from the buyer that they may have . To the best of our ability, for the period of 7 days on chosen auction site. If item(s) is not sold: (1) we will re list for an additional insert fee. (2) List on our website, Gadgets N Gifts Galore for no charge other than the seller fees for up to 45 days.

ITEMS FOR SALE

All items must be yours to sell without any liens or encumbrance. Each item must be available for pickup prior to the start of the auction so that the buyer can buy with confidence, unless prior arrangements are made. Each item will have a picture, description, and history of item, if applicable, and a minimum bid. Each seller will be given a code to view your item via e-mail if you prefer.

FEES

5.00 contract fee

There will be a contract fee of 5.00 which includes one insertion fee, one design fee, one e-mail address and membership to Gadgets N Gifts Galore for an additional 10% off items you the seller may purchase on our website.

2.00 designer fee

This fee is for the design of your ad, editing of your pictures and promotion of your item.

Insertion fee

This is the fee we must pay to list the items in auction. It varies depending on the minimum price

FINAL VALUE FEES

This is the fee the seller pays for selling your item(s) on listed auction. I am responsible for the auctions final fee credit card fees and hosting fees. The table below is to calculate final value fees.

$25.00-$1,000.00	10% of the initial $25.00 plus 8.50% of remaining closing balance.
Over $1,000.00	10% for initial 25.00 plus 8.50% of the initial 25.00-1,000.00 plus 7.50% of the remaining closing balance.

PAYMENT TO MARK HORN ENTERPRISES

All contract fees and insertion fees must be paid for in advance. These fees are used to pay to list the sellers item. We also ask that ½ of the designer fee be paid in advance to cover additional fees such as multiple item sales and time invested in researching items for the seller. Final value fees and balance of designer fees will be deducted from final sales proceeds.

PAYMENT TO SELLER

We ask for payment from the buyer within 10 business days from the end of auction. We accept cash, checks, paypal, and credit cards. We participate in EBay escroll accounts for high value items. If funds are not received in 21 days, we ask EBay for refund of insertion fees. If is solely the sellers choice to relist item(s) once again. The seller shall receive payment for item(s) sold within 3-5 business days after shipment is made.

SHIPPING

We are responsible for all aspects preparation and shipping. We will pick up items within 75 miles of Granbury TX. at the sellers home or business or said location. Make ready to ship by packing item in such a way to prevent damage in shipment
